TMR’s Service Management team acts as a liaison between the business and its vendors to handle all telecom related matters. TMR facilitates all vendor communication to keep a streamlined process and provide a dedicated point of contact to ensure your organization maintains control.

    1. Request fulfillment: The team is responsible for fulfilling requests from the organization. This can include any MACD (Move/Add/Change/Disconnect) request. 
    2. Knowledge management: The team is responsible for capturing and managing knowledge related to the organization’s products and services. This can include creating documentation, knowledge bases, and other resources to help end users be more effective and efficient.
    3. Contract Management: Suppliers are notorious for increasing rates when services are out of term. TMR keeps track of those suppliers, and a database of customer contracts to help proactively negotiate renewal of services or changes to service.
